All the products on our website are brand new and come with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty against manufacturer's defects from the date of purchase. We guarantee that products shown on the site as compatible with a specific model are 100% compatible, or we will provide a replacement or refund

RETURNING ITEMS

We hope you are fully satisfied with all purchases from us, however in some instances you may wish to return something to us. If you have an unwanted, or faulty item that may need to be returned, please read the below.

FAULTY ITEMS

• If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with our customer care team (here)
• In the event your item does need to be returned to us, our customer care team will give you a returns number and returns address.
• Upon receiving your item back, we will dispatch a replacement, or refund you.
• When returning items to us, we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service to ensure safe and trackable transit.

UNWANTED ITEMS

• If you are within 4 weeks of the date the order was dispatched, and the item is unused and in the original, undamaged packaging you can return it to us for a refund.
• After 4 weeks from the date of dispatch, your item can be returned for a replacement or exchange. A re-stocking fee may apply.
• If you are returning an unwanted item to us, please get in touch with our customer care team (here).
• You will be provided with a returns number and address. Due to the items being unwanted, you are responsible for the cost of delivering and returning the goods.
• When returning items to us, we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service to ensure safe and trackable transit.

ORDER CANCELLATION

For all our products, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery.

• If you wish to cancel an order which has not been delivered, please send an email to quoting your Order Reference (eg PUS12345) and the reason for wanting to cancel.
• If the product has already been delivered, please write 'Contract Cancellation' on the delivery note (which arrives with the product). Send the product back to us (Securely packaged) along with the delivery note. We must receive it back from you within seven days of the date it was delivered to you.

When returning products we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Returned items must be received in good condition and in their original packaging. Please note that although we will refund the purchase price to you once we receive the item, you are responsible for the costs of delivering and returning the goods back to us.
